After a few years I saw a need and I stepped out in faith and opened a senior transition company “Silver Roots”. That same year, I obtained my Real Estate license and my designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, so that I could better meet the needs and the requests of my clients. My customized approach, personalized just for the client ensures that the sale of their home happens with ease; that their move and transition into a new life chapter flows with a strategic plan for downsizing and preparing for their move without becoming stressed and overwhelmed. While assisting Seniors in their housing needs is close to my heart, I am excited to have forged a partnership with a fellow senior advocate, Katie of Mar-Key Property Services. Partnering our services creates a “central hub” allowing us to cater to a variety of services to fit most people’s real estate needs. I and Silver Roots proudly sponsor Meals on Wheels and together with its customers supports our local communities through donations to Kimberly House, HEP – Homeless Empowerment Program, CASA and Catholic Charities Hope Program.
